How long does delivery take?

Custom-made items ship based on the quoted lead time provided at checkout or in your quotation. Stock items (if available) typically dispatch within 2–5 business days. Estimated transit times are usually 2–7 business days within Canada and 3–10 business days to the continental U.S., depending on location and carrier service level.

How will my order arrive?

Small and medium parcels are shipped by ground courier (door-to-door delivery). Larger or heavy items ship via palletized freight and are delivered curbside (liftgate service available on request). For both Canada and U.S. destinations, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment when applicable.

Tracking & notifications

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Some orders may ship in multiple packages or pallets; items may arrive on different days depending on routing. Tracking links for each shipment will be provided where available.

Damage checks

Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, and take clear photos of the packaging and product. Report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours so we can process a claim or arrange replacement.

Duties, Taxes & Cross-Border Orders

Canadian orders include applicable GST/HST or provincial sales tax at checkout. For U.S. orders, prices are shown in CAD and shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) unless otherwise noted. U.S. customers are responsible for any import duties, state taxes, or customs clearance fees charged by the carrier upon entry.

Remote & Oversized Deliveries

Deliveries to remote or island regions may require additional transit time or surcharges. Oversized or heavy items may ship on separate pallets. Our logistics team will contact you if special arrangements are required before shipping.
